These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LifeVitalLearn learning experience platform ("Platform"), operated by Life Vital Academy Ltd. By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Ensure you have the right to use any organisation email address you register with

2. Subscription Plans and Payment

We offer various subscription plans ("Plans"). By selecting a Plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected Plan
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are provided per our Refund Policy

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or violate any laws
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
  • Attempt to breach security or access unauthorised areas
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
  • Interfere with other users' access or enjoyment
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or commercialise Platform access without authorisation

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to host, display, and process it for the purpose of providing our services.

Platform Content: All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Life Vital Academy Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Feedback: Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Otherwise create liability for us

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Certain provisions survive termination.

6. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFE VITAL ACADEMY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Vital Academy Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Life Vital Academy Ltd regarding the Platform.
